I am a physical therapist with some moderate osteoarthritis and meniscus issues. These knee braces are the best I've worn..don't slip and stabilize the patella great. They help keep the swelling down and my knees hurt significantly less while wearing them. Thank you!22 people found this helpful

I'm a PT in Charleston SC. I ordered your brace for a patient of mine.
She has OA, patella-femoral syndrome and medial knee pain.
Your brace was the only one out of the 6 braces I ordered to try out that worked. It was significantly better at stabilizing the knee valgus walking and descending stairs. And, it was the only one that gave her substantial pain relief!
I sent the others back immediately.
I'll definitely recommend it to my patients from now on.
Not only was it better from a functional standpoint, but it stood out as the brace
of higher quality materials; this surprised me, because it was the least expensive.

I got two of these braces for my mom, because her knee kept slipping out of place. She has called me to thank me on a number of occasions since then to say how she doesn't know how she would have managed without them. They really do help keep her knee from slipping out. Mom's happy - I'm happy. :-)

I bought this brace for my husband. He has had knee pain issues going back to his college days. It has affected him whenever he try to get back into the gym and make working out a habit. He finally decided this summer that he has to make his health a priority, so I decided to buy him this brace to quench all excuses, and it has worked well for him. I found this brace at absolutely the perfect time too, and he really now doesn't have an excuse not to go to the gym. The price was perfect and its helped to keep his knee in place and provides support. He is more comfortable doing more lunges and squats now, which he definitely could not really do before. And its well designed to; you can wear them with shorts and with running pants as well (see pics)
The service is also quite excellent as well. The brace came with a drawstring bag that he uses when he goes to the gym. They also sent me a free ebook that he has been using with tips and suggestions. What I found amazing was they encourage you to ask questions about knee pain and you are able to get some advice from their Physical Therapy team that I’ve been using in my own workouts as well. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure you are getting good use out of the brace. Definitely recommend this one! I wonder if they offer running shoes as well.

Love this brace! I had a wreck two years ago and my knees have never been the same. The past several weeks, one knee has gotten bad. I can't even get on my knees to bathe my kids. I had a Futuro brace that was bought after the wreck, but it was stretched out so I shopped for another and came across this brace. I needed it for compression. I wear mine daily for 10+ hours a day. I actually ordered the smaller size (most popular) because Ultra Sports Gear answered a question about sizing and according to their response, if your knee is 18" you should order down because they stretch. They did their job, but barely fit around my leg and the upper and lower strap each had a 1" square of Velcro that irritated my skin. If my leg was smaller (boy, do I wish it was!) then it probably wouldn't be an issue. The Velcro is meant to hold onto the brace, assuming so it won't slip. I sent the smaller size back and ordered the larger size which I really like better. I have more "hold' on my knee and have not had any issues with it slipping!

I thought I had a meniscus tear so I bought this. Turns out I have a Baker's cyst behind my knee which is when some of the synovial fluid leaks out and makes a pocket usually behind your knee. I am now scheduled to have the fluid extracted in a couple of days. Meanwhile, it was very painful to bend my knee, since I was probably compressing the pocket of fluid, so using the brace gave me support and stability as well as did not allow me to bend my knee. Standing on my leg was fine but bending my knee to walk up and down stairs or drive was painful. Baker's cysts have been known to rupture so preventing my knee from bending and compressing the cyst was no doubt a very good thing.

I bought this brace because the reviews were so good, but to be completely honest, I thought for that price, it was going to be a piece of garbage. This thing is really great. My knee is hyper-extended and healing rather slowly this time (not my first rodeo with this nonsense) but I have a walking tour business and absolutely needed something hold my knee together. This stabilizes extremely well, I can walk with minimal pain and no shifting. It also compresses without constricting (like my last brace did). I turned it upside down so that the straps support the hyper-extended ligament. The pain in my knee is tremendous, but I can take a lot of pain. The shifting and buckling has been a nuisance, so this is a lifesaver. I wear a compression sleeve underneath it for swelling. The side supports are pretty strong, so if I'm sitting for very long they do cause some discomfort.
